French Wedding in Rome | Alex & Paul

On one of the hottest days of the year, Alex & Paul, who came from France, celebrated their union in a French-inspired wedding that left everyone in awe. The picturesque venue, Vecchio Podere in Grottaferrata, set the stage for a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Alex and Paul, a super cute couple with hearts full of love, chose to get married in the historic church S. Francesca Romana in the breathtaking setting of Rome. Their love story, like a fairy tale, brought together the charm of France and the timeless beauty of Italy. As guests gathered to witness their union, it was evident that this day would be nothing short of magical. After the ceremony we walked through the streets of Rome, near the church, to take some beautiful couple candid shots.

Vecchio Podere, nestled in the charming town of Grottaferrata, provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s reception. Surrounded by lush greenery and historical charm, the venue exuded a rustic elegance that complemented the romantic atmosphere. From the rolling hills to the vintage architecture, Vecchio Podere added an extra layer of enchantment to Alex and Paul’s special day.

Despite the sweltering heat, the day unfolded with grace and charm, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended. As the sun set over Grottaferrata, it marked not just the end of a magical day but the beginning of a lifetime of love and happiness for this adorable couple.

FAQ

Ready to answer to all of your questions and needs

My approach to weddings is a mix of  a photo-journalistic one, also known as reportage, with a twist for editorial and elegant images. I love spontanous shots and I work in a very unobtrusive way, people normaly don’t realize when I am taking photos of them.

I am based in Italy but I am available to travel anywhere.

Yes, I do edit my photos. I believe the editing is a very important part of my job, it’s the signature of my work. However, I believe that postproduction should not twist the image but it should be limited to the colors, lights and contrast to keep a very natural look.

Sure! You can request the quote by calling me or filling out the form.

The payment is divided in two parts:

  • 30% to lock the date in when you sign the contract.
  • 70% before the wedding day.

All images will be personally and individually edited to the highest standard and supplied in high resolution on an online private gallery.

Average amount of photos supplied between 500 – 800, depending on the type of the event.

I cover the entire event, from couples’ preparations until the end of reception. I generally stay until the cake cut/final dances.

Normally I send a few highlights a couple of days after the wedding and I deliver the entire gallery 90 days after the wedding date.
