Research Extensively: Take the time to explore different photographers’ portfolios and styles. Look for someone whose work resonates with your vision and aesthetic preferences.

Communicate Your Vision: Clearly articulate your expectations and preferences to your chosen photographer. Discuss important details such as locations, timelines, and any specific shots you have in mind.

Plan Ahead: Destination weddings require meticulous planning, so be sure to book your photographer well in advance to secure their availability and avoid last-minute disappointments.

Portfolio Review: Review the photographer’s portfolio thoroughly to ensure their style and expertise match your vision for the wedding photos. Look for consistency, creativity, and quality in their work.

Experience in Destination Weddings: Choose a photographer who has experience shooting destination weddings, especially in Italy. They should be familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with shooting in different locations and lighting conditions.

Local Knowledge: Opt for a photographer who knows the local area well. They should be familiar with picturesque locations, hidden gems, and the best spots for capturing stunning shots in Italy.

Professionalism and Reliability: Choose a photographer who is professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Check reviews and testimonials from previous clients to gauge their reputation and reliability.

Contracts and Agreements: Ensure that you have a clear understanding of the photographer’s terms and conditions, including pricing, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and delivery timelines. Review the contract carefully before signing to avoid any misunderstandings later on.

Backup Plans: Inquire about the photographer’s backup plans in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the wedding day, such as equipment failure or inclement weather.

Ready to answer to all of your questions and needs

My approach to weddings is a mix of  a photo-journalistic one, also known as reportage, with a twist for editorial and elegant images. I love spontanous shots and I work in a very unobtrusive way, people normaly don’t realize when I am taking photos of them.

I am based in Italy but I am available to travel anywhere.

Yes, I do edit my photos. I believe the editing is a very important part of my job, it’s the signature of my work. However, I believe that postproduction should not twist the image but it should be limited to the colors, lights and contrast to keep a very natural look.

Sure! You can request the quote by calling me or filling out the form.

The payment is divided in two parts:

  • 30% to lock the date in when you sign the contract.
  • 70% before the wedding day.

All images will be personally and individually edited to the highest standard and supplied in high resolution on an online private gallery.

Average amount of photos supplied between 500 – 800, depending on the type of the event.

I cover the entire event, from couples’ preparations until the end of reception. I generally stay until the cake cut/final dances.

Normally I send a few highlights a couple of days after the wedding and I deliver the entire gallery 60 days after the wedding date.
